Shipping policy
At Toys Nation, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery process.
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including:
- Karachi
- Lahore
- Islamabad
- Rawalpindi
- Faisalabad
- Multan
- Peshawar
- Quetta
- Sialkot
- Gujranwala
- And many more locations nationwide
2. PROCESSING TIME
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
- A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched
3. DELIVERY TIME
Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi):
- Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (where available)
Other Cities:
- Standard Delivery: 3-6 business days
- Remote areas may take 5-8 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Standard Shipping:
- Orders under PKR 3,000: PKR 200
- Orders PKR 3,000 - PKR 4,999: PKR 150
- Orders PKR 5,000 and above: FREE SHIPPING
Express Shipping (where available):
- Additional PKR 300 on top of standard shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order value.
5. FREE SHIPPING
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000 to anywhere in Pakistan!
6. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS
- You can track your order status in real-time using the tracking link provided
- For tracking assistance, contact our customer support team
7. DELIVERY PROCESS
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery to the address provided during checkout
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
- A valid ID may be required for delivery verification
- If you're unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you for rescheduling
8. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will contact you
- You may be required to collect the package from the nearest courier office
- Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts
- Orders not collected within 7 days will be returned to us, and refund will be processed minus shipping charges
9. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to:
- PO Box addresses (physical addresses only)
- Unverified or incomplete addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is:
- Complete with house/flat number, street name, and area
- Includes a valid contact number
- Accurate and up-to-date
10. PACKAGING
- All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery
- Fragile items receive extra protective packaging
- Products are shipped in discreet, branded packaging
- Original product packaging is preserved inside the shipping box
11. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Damaged Packages:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- If the package appears damaged, please note it with the courier before accepting
- Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will arrange for replacement or refund as per our Return Policy
Lost Packages:
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us immediately
- We will investigate with our courier partner
- Claims must be filed within 7 days of the delivery date
12. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
13. BULK ORDERS
For bulk orders or corporate gifting:
- Contact us at support@toysnation.pk for special shipping arrangements
- Custom delivery schedules can be arranged
- Special rates may apply for large volume orders
14. PEAK SEASON DELAYS
During peak seasons (Eid, Christmas, New Year, Sales Events):
- Processing and delivery times may be extended by 2-3 days
- We recommend placing orders early during festive seasons
- Updates will be posted on our website regarding any delays

- Other trusted logistics partners
Courier partner may vary based on your location and product availability.
16. ADDRESS CHANGES
- Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched
- Once shipped, address changes may not be possible
- Contact us immediately if you need to modify your shipping address
- Additional charges may apply for address changes after dispatch
17. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
- No additional shipping charges apply for split shipments
18. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- COD is available for orders up to PKR 15,000
- Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier
- COD charges: PKR 100 (may vary by location)
19. UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
If our courier partner determines that your address is undeliverable:
- We will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery location
- You may need to collect from the nearest courier office
- If no solution is found, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus shipping costs
20. HOLIDAYS AND NON-WORKING DAYS
We do not process or ship orders on:
- Sundays
- National public holidays
- Eid holidays
- Other official holidays
Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
21. SHIPPING INSURANCE
- All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit
- Insurance is included in the shipping charges
- Claims are processed as per our Return & Refund Policy
22. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate and complete shipping information
- Be available to receive the package or arrange for someone to receive it
- Inspect the package upon delivery
- Report any issues within the specified timeframe
